CERAMIC Fiber Board is crafted from coke gem and coal liver stone, undergoes melting, fiber formation (with a proportionate adhesive), curing in a specialized chamber, high-temperature setting, and automatic cutting. The PLC-controlled process ensures one-time product molding, resulting in a board with hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, and superior wind erosion resistance. It maintains stability during heating, making it convenient for construction and an ideal energy-saving material for kilns, pipes, and other insulation equipment.
