Ceramic Fiber Modules are typically installed using the following steps:

  1. Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface where the modules will be installed is clean and free of debris. This may involve removing any existing insulation or materials.

  2. Anchoring System Installation: Attach the various anchors at the back of the modules, allowing flexibility for either parallel or parquet floor arrangement. Secure the modules using appropriate anchoring parts and steel anchoring nails.

  3. Unfolding and Compression: Unbind the folded blanket of the ceramic fiber module. As the module is installed, it naturally squeezes in different directions, ensuring a snug fit without creating gaps. The elastic nature of the fiber blanket allows it to resist mechanical external forces.

  4. Energy-Saving Considerations: Take advantage of the low-contact design of the modules, as this can bring about a high energy-saving effect. The modules contribute to improved thermal efficiency in industrial processes.
